WOMB HEART Consciousness ~ Part 2 ~ Loving on a Path of Heart

A few summers ago I had a very direct experience of what "Womb Heart" union can be and what it means to open up and expand my sacred magnetic womb heart space.
In the early morning hours as I held my lover breathing deeply into our beings, my awareness rose and fell as i followed our breath, filled with love in my heart, and an awareness of the undulating pulse of the sexual energy flowing between our bodies, I became very relaxed and energized at the same time, and from within this space I became aware of my energy actually expanding out around us and enfolding us in a very rich fertile, magnetic field, in which my lovers activating masculine energy was held by this very specific expanded love field, one in which i discovered, we could both project our prayers and intentions for whatever we wanted to create, and our prayers would surely be answered by creation.

My ability to come into awareness of this expanded energy field that was holding and containing my lover, and our love prayers, had a lot to do with a couple of factors, one being that I felt relaxed and safe, in a since "deeply held" by the space of love that we had created as our home, our bedroom and the connection between our hearts. I also didn't feel any pressure, to do anything other than breathe and be with what was in that moment, I could feel the sexual energy moving between us, but just breathing and being with what "was", was enough.

One of the things that we had been practicing, which allowed for this "attune ~ ment" with the subtle energies in our sexual energies was that we weren't having intercourse. As a result over the past few months I had begun to sense and feel my own energy field in a deep way that I haven't at other times in my life when I had been making love alot ~ I found that when I was making love often, where my partner was entering my body, a lot of my energy would have to go into processing and adapting to my partners energies. I've learned that I am a very sensitive being, as are most women, and that it doesn't take much to send us out of our centers. Any out of balance sexual projections and energies that the man is carrying can easily become a psychic burden for a women to process.

One of the greatest gifts any couple can give each other is to allow time for the energies to build and create trust fields between each other before moving into intercourse....that way both partners have the chance to more fully open in the love making and hopefully establish a greater lasting bond.

A woman's sexual energy has a great potential to bring love and healing into the world, especially when she feels, safe, loved and honored.

I also believe that part of really honoring and understanding our sexual energy is to ~ really understand, just how vitally connected to our procreative power it brings us ~ this has to be honored. If we make love with out being in full honor of our procreative potential...then there will always be an element to our sex that is infused with , fear, shame, or ignorance. Which leads to a loss of our vital energies! But if we can make love ~ in full conscious recognition of this procreative power and if the woman's innate power, sensitivity and the heart-fulness of both people are honored, then we are making love in a way that brings more love to the planet ~ if we add our prayers to this loving, and even the conscious intent to mate and bring forth a new life ~ Wow ~ tremendous potent life affirming energies are available to us!.

This kind of love making is bonding! I know I long for this kind of bonding and that at my core it is essential to my experience as a creative empowered sexual woman. It's as essential as my desire to drink water and is also the innate wisdom that will lead me to bond with my children, my community and the earth.

This kind of bonding establishes the foundation for healthy families, healthy communities and healthy future generations. So love deeply each other ~ open and respect, more deeply than you ever have~ the potent potential that resides in the sacred space of your love making. And if you find that your not ready to share that deeply with the person you are with, or they aren't able to fully honor you ~ than it is best to wait...cultivate your self and attract another relationship into your life in which you can make this kind of love!

Opening Our Womb Heart Consciousness

Our "Womb Hearts" represented by The Rose, were opening, allowing our innate gift as divine beings to embody more deeply into the awakening womb of Mother Earth.

Our Wombs (for both men and women) being the center of our creative ~ procreative power ~ and our hearts being the manifestation of our innate ability to channel, and embody love. When these two energy centers are aligned, and working together, they become a kind of refined, aspect of our chakra system ~ which in turn empowers us to bring forth the new human blue prints!

Much in the same way that when Feminine and Masculine consciousness is aligned , great things can be manifest from that union, and when a man and women combine their energies and biology in love making there is a great potential to bring forth a new human being!

Weather we are manifesting babies or consciousness ~ the alchemy of the process are one in the same. Peeling back the layers of centuries of confusion and fear regarding human sexuality ~ we can look back into the very source of our selves ~ and see that sex ~ union ~ is how we are made ~ it is actually sacred!

I would also like to propose that on the level of manifested reality, there is a sacred sexual aspect to all of creation. And with in this is the polarized union of opposites. So this understanding plays out with in the very energetic, emotional, psychic consciousness of our individual beings as well.......that is why the "Rose Heart" ~ is ~ "with in". It is an energy we begin to embody... and when we can align the two energies of our wombs ~ procreative power ~and ~our Hearts ~ transcendent love center ~ great power and energy is invoked !

I believe this understanding is the foundation of Christ Consciousness and an important part of what the archetypal and energetic messages of Mary Magdalene have to share with us.

As I began to record my video ~ on 11-11-11(2009) ~ I felt simultaneously both the pulse of my own connection with the Rose Heart wisdom, and a clear sense that if I was going to truly open to what was available for me to receive that there were still some layers of healing that were still needed. And that for me some of those layers had to do with more deeply embodying and being in touch with all the aspects of my feminine being.

I felt as if the divine feminine had swept into my life, announced herself and said take up your power, speak your truth, be willing to be seen and vulnerable and real...because the tenderness and truth of your being is the medicine the world needs now. It's time for women to start talking about our values, of our desire to hold life as sacred...to call for our remembrance of the sacred moving through our lives as the cycles of our moon times, our fertility and our special ability to bond with our mates, our children, each other and the earth.

I feel that where ever we aren't fully loving and celebrating these aspects of the feminine in our own lives and in our culture ~ there is a need for a deep healing to lead us into full embodiment of this "Rose Heart" connection. The importance of being willing to move into this healing work ~ is very connected with the entire planetary process.

As women begin to step forth as leaders by sharing their values and perspective ~ as we relax into the receptive consciousness that is our innate gift ~ we will become great examples and agents of evolution for the men in our lives... and at the same time as the men in our lives are empowered to connect with there inner womb/feminine aspects of themselves, they will be able to more fully bring their gifts forward into the world in a balanced way.

With a renewed awareness of our unique gifts as men and women we will naturally want to reevaluate the way we have been playing out our sexuality and begin to reclaim ways of relating that are more founded on the sacredness of our being.

One of the things that is needed first, is for women to be in touch with their power. When a woman is clear about her value and divine nature, and has clear boundaries and feels empowered to honor herself and her truth... then she can actually become a receptive, living example for a more sacred way of expressing and being in her sexual relationships.

I would like to propose that there is a direct connection between our sexuality, our creativity and how we relate with the earth.

Re ~ establishing our connection with our innate co-creative power, and honoring the flow of Love in our lives will naturally begin to align us with our connection with the Earth Mother and all of sentient life, being more sensitive we can honor all of life as Sacred. That is why it is important for us to let go of the shame and fear of our sexuality and embrace our sacredness, because the more we "live" lives that are in touch with our sacredness the more we will create a culture that honors the sacredness of all life.

What is needed for this "Womb~Heart" consciousness shift?

This "deeper healing" journey towards reclaiming our Sacred Sexuality?

I feel it involves several elements:

One ~
A return to Feminine Values ~ which I have started to explore and have outlined below,

• * Compassion and Reverence for all life
• * Understanding Ones Self ~ as apart of everything ~ intrinsic wholeness ~ oneness
• * Love of Mother Earth and her Ecosystems
• * Love of womankind as a collective feminine consciousness
• * Love of the Masculine kind, collective masculine consciousness
* Integration of Feminine and Masculine consciousness within our own beings
• * Sacred Sexuality as a vehicle for awakening
• * Conscious Conception and Natural Childbirth Birth as Sacred and foremost for a healthy culture
• * Childrearing, Education and Family Life as Sacred
• * Freedom of each individual to discover and express his or her creative gifts!
• * Sustainability and Self-Responsibility
•

Self Honor or becoming a Whole Self
• Women and Men Learning to Honor themselves (being whole)
• Reclaiming our sexual, creative, procreative power
• Women and Men both Understanding our bodies, learning to honor our cycles, emotions and personal rhythms and needs

I am beginning to understand that when a woman is truly in touch with herself ~ her basic goodness, and has self love and honor than she is personally empowered to express healthy boundaries and can set the parameters for sexual union that are in alignment with her true needs as a woman. (I also understand that these needs are intrinsically connected with her instinct to procreate and express the mother wisdom of her being, as well as her unique feminine power and wisdom )

I have come to see that when A man loves himself and understands the sacredness of his own divine being, than he is empowered to honor, the sacredness of life, he begins to simply understand the beautiful role of service he has in co-creating life with the feminine in his life, and can begin to embody his instincts to procreate and his "father wisdom".

At this point a man's attitude towards the women in his life becomes one of reverence and co-operation, rather than one of dominance and control. Which has been the dominate consciousness paradigm for along time now, which has restricted the powerful creative ~ co creative instinct of the masculine to honor and revere life!

Masculine nature is activating and electric it is the drive behind our inclinations to create and survive. When a man makes love to a woman with Love and Reverence, his activating energy system has the power to bring the polar energies of masculine and feminine into a magnetizing union, of energies that opens the woman's magnetic creative emotional fields ~ opening her ~ in turn her love expands their collective field and there is a great potential for love, healing and bonding to occur.

With in this bonded love field, a man and woman have a tremendous potential to bring beauty into their lives. The energetic space of love that they create together in the union of their energies iS AN infinite wish fulfilling power.

That is one reason it is important for men to master their desire and to practice controlling ejaculation in the love act. As well as concentrate or atune his energies with just one partner. The more a man can contain his own energy and use that activating force to increase his awareness and presence in the union with his beloved, the more the field of love between the man and woman can open up and become that sacred pro-creative space, which is our intrinsic longing in love making!

Now more than ever we have many resources available to help us to understand our potential as sacred sexual co-creative beings. The more deeply we understand our sexual creative power and the potent power of our integrating potential to love more deeply, conceive more consciously and birth our babies in love ~ the more we can cultivate a new culture, that ensures our future generations be born into a culture of love and sacredness.

An important aspect for ensuring and cultivating this culture of love is preserving the sanctuary of birth...that is why it is so important that we return to a culture that honors feminine values ~ that honors the needs of mother and babies and families as the root of healthy humanity. When a child is conceived in love and birthed in a way that allows the natural bonding to occur, then that gives a new being the foundation for love and connection that changes the whole way that child will relate with his world.

When a woman and man make love they have a tremendous opportunity to establish a sacred consciousness of love onto the planet. In turn the feminine energy has the ability to ground these energies into the earth, and bring forth a new life.

It's time to reclaim our sacred sexuality ~ because it's time to bring the sacred back into our lives. The Rose Heart Star gate has opened, the union of our conscious "womb hearts" with the "source of all" that is, is already our true nature. Our task is to consciously infuse this awareness into the very daily fabric of our lives.

To infuse our lives with prayers of love, intent-full presence, and to continue to support each other in being more in touch with the subtle energetic, organic, interconnection between ourselves, each other and the Mother Earth.

When we have reverence for the sacred in our sexuality, we have reverence for life ~ the reverence naturally embodies in the way we make love, and conceive ~ weather we are conceiving a child, a creative project or a prayer. Our Creations can become more and more filled with our heartfelt ~ love filled Intent!

If we as a culture can revere the sacred in our sexuality, and the bonds of love, motherhood, and the needs of families, we will also naturally want to a tune and live in balance with the planet. For the Mother Earth is the Magnetic Wish fulfilling womb for Humanity!

When we honor her ~ she honors us back and we are held in her great,
gentle and dynamic space of love!

We are alive in her Womb Heart!

Weather you are a woman or a man I invite you to return to a reverence of the sacred in your lives, to begin to embody the deep ~ values ~ spiraling forth from your womb hearts ~ your "feminine intelligence" your "mother wisdom" your "father wisdom"!

Reclaim your power, your creative power, your sacred, whole and holy true nature as sexual procreative beings. Without shame in love, with love ~ valuing subtle energy, bonding, conscious conception, mother hood, children AND family values. TOGETHER WE CAN BIRTH THE NEW HUMAN BLUE PRINTS ON TO EARTH ~ TOGETHER WE CAN BUILD A FUTURE FOR THE NEXT SEVEN GENERATIONS FOUNDED IN LOVE!

Gulf Oil Spill ~ A Wake up Call ~ for Planetary Transformation

Beloveds ~ My Heart is Heavy with the devastating impact of the Gulf Oil Spill on Mother Oceans Well Being, for the suffering of our brothers and sisters in the sea!

Living on Maui ~ i am surrounded by sacred Crystalline waters ~ daily the ocean ~ heals me and helps me come into balance, her creatures bring me joy and teach me things about love, gentleness and going with the flow.

The last two evenings we've been going down to Hookipa Beach to swim, my body submerged in the ocean water becomes a holy sacred prayer, I am so grateful ~ to float in her clear vitality....I want to infuse every water molecule that touches my body to feel my gratitude , to receive my love, to know my prayers ~ that those prayers may ripple out and cast a wave of love into all of Mama Gaia's oceans. In the waters fluid silence, as i float, I am whispering prayers of sorrow and gratitude to the sea creatures and birds, that have been sacrificed in this environmental disaster! Who are dying and suffering because of Human Carelessness! Our planetary sorrow is immense and well it should be!

This is a wake up call ~ for all of humanity to drop deeper into the collective planetary Heart ~ to awaken to our intrinsic inter connection with the earths eco systems! What we do to the Earth we do to Ourselves!

It is vitaly important at this time to truly feel our feelings about what is happening! To be with and respond to the way this grief wants to move in our beings!

On 11-11-2009, I sat down in front of my computer and started to record a series of videos, inspired by an email message I had received earlier that day that was a channeled meditation from Mary Magdalene regarding the Rose Heart Star-gate ~ that was opening on 11-11-09.

I wasn't sure what I was going to share in my video messages, I just new that something was longing to be shared through my being, a message of insight and healing from the divine feminine perspective. Exploring and sharing in this way with the medium of video was my way of integrating the energies and messages that were coming through.

"Beloved Flowers of Light and Love, you have reached a very Sacred Moment when you are ready to become the Sacred Rose. I ask you, now, to be with me and to allow the Radiant Christ energy to enter into your being and to allow you to open the Rose of Cosmic Consciousness. This was the work that I did with my Beloved, with the purpose of raising your consciousness to the point where you could truly embrace the Divine and Cosmic aspects of your Being. It is that point where you know within your heart and soul and body that You Are Heaven on Earth and that you are the Rose of the Christ Light."

The content of the message and meditation had moved me deeply activating a deep knowing in my being that indeed, the gateway to these teachings and understandings had opened and that those of us who have been in touch with embodying this process, were being birthed deeper into the awakening of this "Sacred Rose" consciousness, or Rose Heart ~ or what I like to call our collective "Womb Heart" knowing!

Our "Womb Hearts" represented by The Rose, were opening, allowing our innate gift as divine beings to embody more deeply into the awakening womb of Mother Earth.

Our Wombs (for both men and women) being the center of our creative ~ procreative power ~ and our hearts being the manifestation of our innate ability to channel, and embody love. When these two energy centers are aligned, and working together, they become a kind of refined, aspect of our chakra system ~ which in turn empowers us to bring forth the new human blue prints!

Much in the same way that when Feminine and Masculine consciousness is aligned , great things can be manifest from that union, and when a man and women combine their energies and biology in love making there is a great potential to bring forth a new human being!

Weather we are manifesting babies or consciousness ~ the alchemy of the process are one in the same. Peeling back the layers of centuries of confusion and fear regarding human sexuality ~ we can look back into the very source of our selves ~ and see that sex ~ union ~ is how we are made ~ it is actually sacred!

I would also like to propose that on the level of manifested reality, there is a sacred sexual aspect to all of creation. And with in this is the polarized union of opposites. So this understanding plays out with in the very energetic, emotional, psychic consciousness of our individual beings as well.......that is why the "Rose Heart" ~ is ~ "with in". It is an energy we begin to embody... and when we can align the two energies of our wombs ~ procreative power ~and ~our Hearts ~ transcendent love center ~ great power and energy is invoked !

I believe this understanding is the foundation of Christ Consciousness and an important part of what the archetypal and energetic messages of Mary Magdalene have to share with us.

As I began to record my video ~ on 11-11-11(2009) ~ I felt simultaneously both the pulse of my own connection with the Rose Heart wisdom, and a clear sense that if I was going to truly open to what was available for me to receive that there were still some layers of healing that were still needed. And that for me some of those layers had to do with more deeply embodying and being in touch with all the aspects of my feminine being.

I felt as if the divine feminine had swept into my life, announced herself and said take up your power, speak your truth, be willing to be seen and vulnerable and real...because the tenderness and truth of your being is the medicine the world needs now. It's time for women to start talking about our values, of our desire to hold life as sacred...to call for our remembrance of the sacred moving through our lives as the cycles of our moon times, our fertility and our special ability to bond with our mates, our children, each other and the earth.

I feel that where ever we aren't fully loving and celebrating these aspects of the feminine in our own lives and in our culture ~ there is a need for a deep healing to lead us into full embodiment of this "Rose Heart" connection. The importance of being willing to move into this healing work ~ is very connected with the entire planetary process.

As women begin to step forth as leaders by sharing their values and perspective ~ as we relax into the receptive consciousness that is our innate gift ~ we will become great examples and agents of evolution for the men in our lives... and at the same time as the men in our lives are empowered to connect with there inner womb/feminine aspects of themselves, they will be able to more fully bring their gifts forward into the world in a balanced way.

With a renewed awareness of our unique gifts as men and women we will naturally want to reevaluate the way we have been playing out our sexuality and begin to reclaim ways of relating that are more founded on the sacredness of our being.

One of the things that is needed first, is for women to be in touch with their power. When a woman is clear about her value and divine nature, and has clear boundaries and feels empowered to honor herself and her truth... then she can actually become a receptive, living example for a more sacred way of expressing and being in her sexual relationships.

I would like to propose that there is a direct connection between our sexuality, our creativity and how we relate with the earth.

Re ~ establishing our connection with our innate co-creative power, and honoring the flow of Love in our lives will naturally begin to align us with our connection with the Earth Mother and all of sentient life, being more sensitive we can honor all of life as Sacred. That is why it is important for us to let go of the shame and fear of our sexuality and embrace our sacredness, because the more we "live" lives that are in touch with our sacredness the more we will create a culture that honors the sacredness of all life.

What is needed for this "Womb~Heart" consciousness shift?

This "deeper healing" journey towards reclaiming our Sacred Sexuality?

When we honor her ~ she honors us back and we are held in her great,
gentle and dynamic space of love!

We are alive in her Womb Heart!

Receiving Sacred Grace ~ Birthing A Sweet and Flowering Earth

I’ve been cultivating this message in my heart for the last few weeks, wanting to bring forth something that would be in alignment with the truth of my own being, and also be meaningful to others.

At this powerful time of transformation on the planet, as we spiral ever closer to the Winter Solstice, the longest night and the shortest day, the planet has also been graced with yet another important energetic gateway day the 12:12, which was this past Saturday, Dec 12, 2009.

My knowledge of the unique significance of the Virgin of Guadalupe was given to me a few years back in the form of a very interesting book called “The Aztec Virgin” , this book unveils the complex and transcendent beliefs of the people whom practice mystical Guadalupism. This book has had significant impact on my life, and was really my first introduction to the powerful spiritual role the Virgin Mary, holds as a symbol for divine feminine and Gaia based principles. The Virgin of Guadeloupe, in her most refined essence represents the Earth Mother, and all the qualities, that Gaia is now asking us to honor and uphold. Long ago the Aztec people, had insight into the time we are now experiencing on the planet, they called it the birth of the sixth Sun, and for saw that this Sun, would be the time of a Sweet and Flowering Earth!

Many things have transpired since the Aztecs first had their visions, and the Aztec’s and all of earth’s people have moved through some of our darkest hours, now we are in the final hours of this earth cycle.

This new and “Sweet” Blossoming of our potential is now upon us.

For the Earth and we are the same Being. As she transforms so do we and as we transforms so does she. For me this is really the deepest understanding we can embody at this time on the planet. I think it’s helpful to understand this too, because in a sence it can bring us literally “down to earth”, help us to connect with the Earth Mother and reorganize our priorities.

Often when reading many “channeled”, messages, that talk about Ascension and shifting dimensions, etc, etc…. I find that these messages have a quality that can be very confusing and actually, disconnect us from the qualities that are needed most right now. It's important now, that we each cultivate our own understanding and relationship with the prophecies, and concepts of the "ascension", there by integrating and embodying our own direct experience.
Divine Mother

On my own personal journey I have come to understand that, "The Flowering on Earth as prophesied by the Aztecs and the concepts of a coming "Golden Age" of collective awakening or birth of Christ Consciousness on the planet, can be experienced as one in the same, exploring into this understanding more deeply, from an integrated masculine feminine perspective, we find that the Qualities of the Divine Mother, are also unified and in alignment with the so called “Christ Consciousness” ~ this consciousness is, forgiving, accepting and receptive, aligned in collective well-being…it is LOVE!

Any system or belief or ideology that we may hold that throws us out of alignment with our own deep knowing of our Connectedness and Love, is confusion.

No matter where you are at in your life journey right now, trust, faith love and compassion for yourself and others is what is most needed.

Anything else, any belief that there is some right way to do “it”, some right thing to eat or spiritual practice to have or "safe" location on the planet to be at, is an illusion and is
not the full “love vibration” that is flowering on the planet now.

What is important is being connected with and aligned in our own deep knowing, and residing in the "love vibration" that is birthing forth collectively.

I see this “love vibration”, as “Sacred Grace”, a quality of residing in gentle, graceful acceptance for what is. No Bells and whistles to these qualities that want to manifest, they are our most basic nature, our “basic goodness”, and the ground of our being. They are the voice of Christ, Buddha, Mother Earth the Virgin of Guadalupe, and our own Hearts!

I feel it’s important that we are gentle and receptive with ourselves at this time, accepting of where ever we find ourselves in our life journey. Receptive to letting the very Sacred Grace, of our collective hearts intention be the driving force behind our transformations, our choices, and our attitudes.

This receptive quality is easily embodied in the understandings that the feminine carries in the womb/heart consciousness of her being. That is why the Divine Mother, in all her forms, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, White Buffalo Calf woman, the Virgin of Guadalupe, Quan Yin, Tara..etc are important, guiding light archetypal energies for us to be working with right now. The principles and qualities that these women represent are the very qualities that will serve us to Embrace, in so doing we return our awareness to the needs and heart of the Earth Mother, Our Selves and the next Seven Generations to come!

Grounding Sacred Grace ~ Cultivating a New Earth Culture

Just sat down with a cup of tea to write this second sharing on Grounding Sacred Grace and looked at the quote on my tea bag.

this is what my Tea Bag wisdom says:

Life is chance
Love is infinity
Grace is reality

PERFECT ~ I love how the universe works!

I would like to share with you more deeply some of the realizations that have come to me in these past few days following my first writing piece on "Grounding Sacred Grace".

I would like to suggest that the understanding of Sacred Grace is a concept that exists on Multiple dimensions.
To start we can see that Sacred Grace exists as a field of awareness from which all things arise
described in the Tao Te Ching like this:

"There was something formless and perfect
before the universe was born.
It is serene. Empty.
Solitary. Unchanging.
Infinite. Eternally present.
It is the mother of the universe.
For lack of a better name
I call it the Tao.

It flows through all things,
inside and outside, and returns to
the origin of things."

As Humans we've been gifted the great tool of our Hearts in which we are given the opportunity to embody and understand this awareness.
Through our hearts we can then come to understand Sacred Grace as a field of love and sacredness that is naturally occurring and intrinsic.
As the force of love and consciousness that all ready is and gives rise to everything.

To experience Sacred Grace in our hearts all we need to do is remember the very vibration of that which,
our human lives, Mother Gaia and all of creation has sourced from.
In other words remembrance of "Sacred Grace" is all that is needed from us that we may imbue our lives with the vibrant qualities of the sacred.

Out of this vibration of the state of LOVE that naturally is ~ comes the next dimensional aspect of the role of Sacred Grace in our daily human lives.

Which is that ~ we humans have a job here to do on the planet ~ which is to consciously Ground and Embody Sacred Grace as Love into the human experience here on Mother Gaia.
The conscious Bringing In of the "remembrance" and grounding of the sacred vibration into our daily lives and the fertile ground of Mother Earth is what we as earth keepers are here to do.

On this level of awareness "Sacred Grace" invites us to make LOVE and the vibration of LOVE the primary motivating force behind everything we do. Having embraced love individually and collectively we as human earth keepers can begin to consciously co-create new ways of Living and Loving on the planet.

Fueled by Sacred Grace suddenly all our choices and creations begin to be more directed and sourced from this deep place of remembering the Sacred.
As we remember the Sacred we also have the opportunity to directly experience (and I mean directly) the reality of our interbeing with Mother Gaia and all of earths creations!

As we embody this sacredness and this great love in our hearts, our inspirations to cultivate the 13 aspects of a New Earth Human Culture will be informed and generated from our hearts.

Naturally beautiful visions, idea's and creative solutions for how to live a more balanced life affirming co existence with the planet will flow from our beings.
As we begin to honor our sacred inspirations and take them into physical action ~ our lives become living prayers and a very real time experience of grounding Sacred Grace and embodying love on the deepest levels and in turn these very vibrations pulse back into the Earth Mother as LOVE and the "circle of life" is infused with the very living prayer, it has always intended to be.

So create beauty in joy from your hearts beloveds!
For the sacred journey of our remembrance
as awakened earth keepers has already begun!
Embrace Love!
Remember your own intrinsic connection to Sacred Grace as a field of love !
And then let's use that wisdom, that heart space to contemplate and take action on the 13 core aspects of human life, that we may collectively give birth to and ground a New Earth Culture in Harmony with Mother Earth!

For she is calling us HOME! ~ And ~ smile ~ HOME is where the heart is and Gaia and us are one!

Earths Creatures Are Calling Her Children Home!

Now more than ever I feel we are being collectively propelled to look deep within ask the hard questions and reevalute the ways in which we live! And as we do so and willing make changes ~ and believe in our visions, we will continue to discover the beautiful unfolding reality of life here on our mother planet! As more and more of us do this, the very embodied vibrations of our beings will naturally begin to manifest a world that is a reflection of absolute sacred GRACE!

NOW when I say Sacred Grace ~ I don't mean that everything is going to be absolutely perfect ~ and we will all be floating like Angels on clouds in Heaven...what I am referring to is a vibration of being in touch, connected and flowing with the Tao, or the Grace of Being!

This is very much a GROUNDED way of living and has a very direct relationship to the way we are connected to the planet! AND getting connected to and being in the living remembrance of our direct relationship to her is very much what is needed from all of us who feel called!

From this perspective I've been exploring 13 core aspects to living a healthy human life on the planet. When each of us takes the time individually and collectively to re-evaluate and explore our relationship with these aspects and our lifestyles in general, we will begin to ground this quality of "Sacred Grace I am speaking of into our daily lives!

I've been working on this list for awhile now, but it really came through clearly to me last winter when I was reviewing the research and writings I participated in creating, for the OHM Foundations Visionary Plan for Living in New Earth Community, with Mikael King and a core group of other visionaries. This was a six month visioning process that took place in MT Shasta, over the spring of 2008.

As a visionary I start by going within my self first and asking creation to give me insight, for my life and the greater good, then I just let the process and information that wants to be shared unfold. This list of 13 core aspects for grounding "Sacred Grace" is my humble beginning offering to humanity. It's an offering ~ a beginning place and the result of a heartfelt inquiry into how to work with the coming "earth changes", planetary shift...and the inevitable evolution of how we be Loving Humans, living harmoniously with Mother Gaia.

Perhaps this is an opportunity for us to not only Honor the Mothers in our lives, but to also honor our greater relationship with the Earth Mother and collective feminine values.

Let's begin to envision and create a culture that honors the sacred feminine through the expression of these values:

* Compassion and Reverence for all life
* Understanding Ones Self ~ as apart of everything ~ intrinsic wholeness ~ oneness
* Love of Mother Earth and her Ecosystems
* Love of womankind as a collective feminine consciousness
* Love of the Masculine kind, as a celebration of Unity!
* Sacred Sexuality as a vehicle for awakening
* Conscious Conception and Natural Childbirth Birth as Sacred and foremost for a healthy culture
* Childrearing,Education and Family Life as Sacred
* Freedom of each individual to discover and express his or her creative gifts!
* Sustainability and Self-Responsibility

It is of the utmost importance, Now more than ever, that we consciously build a culture that puts these values first and loves and supports the mother, children and the needs of families.

In this way we are creating a clear vehicle to express and maintain our humanity.

Every "Mother" is a living doorway into life!

At this time in history it is imperative that we bring this way of being into our everyday lives, seeding it, letting it take root, until it blossoms on the planet as a great flowering of awakened awareness where feminine and family values are upheld and honored as sacred. I invited you to envision with me a humanity living in oneness with all of creation! May we find ways everyday to embody our destiny on this sweet and flowering earth!

"Early "Mother's Day" was mostly marked by womens' peace groups. A common early activity was the meeting of groups of mothers whose sons had fought or died on opposite sides of the American Civil War. In New York City, Julia Ward Howe led a "Mother's Day" anti-war observance in 1872, which was accompanied by a Mother's Day Proclamation. The observance continued in Boston for years under Howe's personal sponsorship. The celebrations died out when Howe was no longer paying most of the cost for them, although some celebrations continued for 30 years. It's also interesting to note that Howe was the lyricist for "The Battle Hymn of the Republic"."

Arise, then, women of this day!
Arise, all women who have hearts,
Whether our baptism be of water or of tears!

A woman’s journey ~ In the Womb of the New Earth ~

~ Who am I now?~
I contemplate life, asking the sky, who am I now?
All these experiences coming through to the silent every present heart beat of mother earth!

I’m considering my patterns and also the gifts that came to me today over the internet from the Birth Into Being Newsletter, the women’s empowerment poem and the deepening understanding that is dawning on me ~ from Ambers interviews ~the possibility that women can actually have orgasmic births ~ wow that really changes up our cultures whole belief system about what birth is and how we bring new beings into the world!

I’m delighted ~ could it be that this being a woman is even more powerfully magical than I first imagined, or know to be. Could I really bring another human being into this world in shear cosmic pleasure with out fear and in total gentle grace???

I’m thinking about my longing to experience birth and to be a mother and a midwife!
I’m asking the sky, who am I now, how can I apply myself to something that is meaningful in this life, and who am I becoming and what do I have to offer? The clouds are passing by and I am questioning, which road am I on? Which road have I chosen and what is “The New Earth”? Somehow this concept seems like a far off fantasy somedays, and yet some thing is still resonating deep within my being!

Now I am looking at a map of the world and I remember I am ALL OF THIS! ~ No limitedness rather limitlessness ~ my life and the life of mother earth are one! Just as I am being reborn in new ways everyday ~ so to the energy of “A New Earth” is coming into being. Will this be? Can this also be an Orgasmic birth?

So I am pondering my work of bringing people together to heal and of bringing women together to council and celebrate the wonders of our existence

~ What would this world be ~ if the things we women hold as clear knowing ~ the ancient understanding in our hearts were honored and upheld, valued and elevated in a culture that honored life and honored the virtues of the feminine mind and psyche??

What would our lives be like if we lived in a culture that embraced feminine virtues and values? How can I work to create this experience for the future generations of women to come!

And what are these values? What do I want to teach my daughters and granddaughters and the young women I will meet?

Love of Self ~ as apart of everything ~ intrinsic wholeness ~ oneness

Now that I am beginning to identify what is really important to me, how can I honor this work, this birth work, this earth work, the artist the nurturer and guardian with in me!

I’m looking ~ and I see to start with ~ in each moment to honor the child in each of us, to honor our Births and our life journeys and to embrace that death is yet another initiation of the soul. These are the qualities of the “Cosmic Mother”, the Magdalena and the Holly Mother. So I will embrace the “Mother” more completely within my own heart!

And strive to share of her insights, rhythms and pathways! This is my work!
To know myself ~ to honor this experience of being human woman ~ goddess earth being manifest.

This is my purpose ~ my path. The forms it takes, the manifestations of this work can be infinite. Sometimes it is just residing in this heart of Kindness and compassion ~ this willing ness to feel deeply ~ LIFE ~ to long for beauty and to be the beauty I perceive in the world. This work is to defend the weak, to honor the new born, to embrace the mother and to cultivate a true place in our hearts for the father. And to strive always for resonance with all of life.

And for this longing in my being to be a physical mother, I am everyday already embracing these qualities. The qualities are intrinsic! This is one of the great powers of the feminine.

We have direct connection with our intuition and an ability to bring the parts together and to weave, to mend the broken pieces of our lives with our tears, our laughter, with our love for the child and our tenderness for the human condition. So on this path, I’m on, this path of the divine feminine there is NO ~ BIG WORK ~ Nothing to achieve ~ the wisdom is intrinsic, it is natural, call it intuition, call it witch craft, it’s women’s wisdom, it is earth consciousness, it is the beauty we long to see in each other and in the world.

So I start right now today~ in this moment to awaken this sacred remembrance ~ as I prepare my being and my womb and as I reside, as starlight manifest in the womb of mother earth.

I start today in this moment to live the culture of values that must take root in the womb of this New Earth, I am a light in the dream that is this collective awakening!

To empower women to their divine place in this beautiful birth is the most important work!

To empower the children to their divine place in this beautiful birth is the most important work!

To empower the men to their divine place in this beautiful birth is the most important work!

Right relationship with the earth /stewardship
Right livelihood through creative artistry and conscious co –creation with the oneness

We are here to birth a culture that values LIFE, that understands death and the shamanic realms of the unconscious. To live our lives in deep connection to all aspects of our environment and each other!

This is my declaration to the Goddess to the Cosmic Mother!

For she is Everything! Not something outside myself but rather a diverse macrocosm of consciousness and energy that makes up my very life force being! So I celebrate this shakti ~ this fury and this Grace that is the Mothers divine intrinsic right!

Personal and Planetary Healing ~ During the “Financial Crisis” ~ Part Two

Flight or Fight
And the False Reality of desperation!

Sometimes...... like now I feel so pressed up against my situation,
I have followed my guidance, my passions, and my heart and stepped forward on the path….
I have secured almost nothing…I have no home, no car…no job ~ for me every moment is a negotiation for my survival on some level or other.

My egoic response is to fight this situation or to flee ~ sometimes I feel desperate.

But this desperation is an illusion! And the very thing I am working to transform!

It’s an illusion that is easily fed and maintained by the systems that want to control humanity and keep us in fear.

When we trust in our intrinsic creative nature ~ when we step into truth that we are infinitely powerful co creator beings ~ this is when a whole new reality opens up!

This much I know!

But what wants to unfold from this awareness, this healing? Well that still is waiting to be seen, because it is going to take not only individuals coming into this kind of awareness but actually whole ~ groups ~ pods ~ and tribes of us beginning to embody this knowledge together collectively.

"From within the still center of the dance, I see
The White Buffalo Calf Medicine is walking our way
The light of transformation has danced through our dreams
There are sacred circles forming,United by dance and music, grounded in love, faith and dancing, tribes are born and called
This is sacred ground
In this time of transformation
Clear the gateways

Step through each door holding hands, with your tribe; ground your visions, in the dance and with love, bathed in the sweet smells of mother earth.
As we balance ourselves between Sun and Moon, embracing the fullness of each heart.
All is beautiful. "

All winter I have been generously welcomed by my German friends who have housed me and fed me at their tables as family. This allowed me to be cocooned in winter’s depth, and to really explore my own healing process, as I worked as much as I could on resolving personal traumas and beliefs that have kept me from fully being in touch with my innate worth and power.

I was blessed with some true moments of creative inspiration, like making the Solstice Madonna’s series, and being interviewed about the OHM foundation twice for Online TV stations, but I also had some very challenging experiences like falling ice skating an fracturing the check bone on the left side of my face.

There was much talk amongst my German friends about the severity of the approaching “financial crisis” some even saying that they had heard it was going to get very sever in the next 3 to 5 months. It was hard for me to believe.
I have been thinking “how could everything we know as reality, just suddenly stop working???” MY thoughts were “We will still have to trade goods and services, the money might disappear, but not the people, and not the actual physical things we produce and share. Ummmm

I left Germany last week with all of this in mind and $150 dollars in my Bank Account ~ I had no idea where I was going when I got back ~ only the strong feeling/intuition that I needed to return to America and the west coast specifically to keep working on my inner processes, stay creative and in tune with the earth. But also to work to help bring others together, and to bring our attention to where we need to focus our energies at this critical time in our collective cultural death/rebirth process.

Arriving in California within days I was hit with the reality that I had returned to an America that was already changing rapidly and that the transformation I was there to assist and work with was already well underway.

I have let go of the luxury of trying to personally control my individual security, and destiny…..and this feels really scary in an economic environment where there isn’t much extra cash around and people are starting to cling to whatever form of security they can.

I’ve been asking myself why??? At this time when the thing I need most feels like it would be security, grounding, a home and a job…do I find myself completely on the edge??

Living Entirely on Faith and my Creative wits!

I have discovered that part of the answer is: This is giving me the opportunity to understand, what others must be going through, the kinds of feelings and fears and pressures they must be experiencing right now ~ in a climate where people are losing their jobs, their homes or their savings.

Truly how are we going to navigate through these hard times?

Again I think there are 3 key things we can do to assist our selves and others during these times:
1) Self healing work
2) Connecting with the planet (grow food)
3) Communicate with others, open up to deeper states of intimacy, and create open dialogues with in our communities.

And then again look deeply inside yourself and your community for how these 13 key issues are being addressed:

1) Food
2) Water
3) Shelter
4) Energy
5) Right relationship to the planet “mother Gaia”? Ecosystem rehabilitation
6) Healthcare
7) Childbirth/sacred sexuality and conception
8) Co-creative governance ~ how do we get along?
9) Education
10) Energy exchange systems/money and economy
11) Creative arts and culture
12) Science and research for new conscious technologies
13) Spiritual trainings and practice

And then
Keep it Real
Own your Power
Help Others
Connect to the Earth!

Personal and Planetary Healing ~ During the “Financial Crisis” ~Part One

Returning to the United States in the wake of the financial crisis and finding myself in the middle of my own “financial emergency” has made me realize the importance, of the “spiritual healing” process, we are all under going right now,
As we are all being asked to make changes
and let go of things, assumptions about reality, society and our money systems.

There is a kind of “spiritual emergency”or “healing crisis” that is bound to emerge as part of this process ~ components of this process will include:
Encountering traumas, woundings and delusions that have kept us confused or imprisoned in less than our full potential.

To become aware of these patterns is the first step to healing.
At this stage having real tools to help us is very important.

Another important factor is to stay in communication with others~ to start speaking our truths and really getting to know others, expanding our capacity for intimacy!
Which can be challenging when we are in the middle of a healing crises and yet this is one of the most important times to stay connected with our loved ones, our extended families and our communities.

The financial crisis is going to ignite for many of us our core issues around survival, so at this time it is important that we keep talking to each other and communicating with the people in our communities. This will help us realize that we are not alone in facing
these issues. That way we can educate and empower each other during these times.

As we are all needing to look at how we have been relating with money, survival and the planet. We will and do need to make core changes! Now is the time!

Start with your self first:

1) What is your relationship to these 13 core things we need to look at in our personal lives and in society?
1) Food
2) Water
3) Shelter
4) Energy
5) Right relationship to the planet “mother Gaia”? Ecosystem rehabilitation
6) Healthcare
7) Childbirth/sacred sexuality and conception
8) Co-creative governance ~ how do we get along?
9) Education
10) Energy exchange systems/money and economy
11) Creative arts and culture
12) Science and research for new conscious technologies
13) Spiritual trainings and practice

2) Then take a Personal Retreat “from everyday life”, go into a sacred nest/womb space with your lover or close friends ~ invite in a deeper healing/cleansing/clearing process ~ hold each other ~ cry ~ journal ~ council ~ share support and cleanz.
Work together as witnesses for each others process.

3) Join together in a larger community gathering where people are engaging this process collectively:
Things like:
Sweat your Prayers dance gathering
Sweet Lodges
Song Circles and prayer gatherings!

4)Share your healing process with your community:
Bring people together for healing and co creative economic exchanges!
Have fun and learn to empower each other.

There is a real need for us to step forward into a new paradigm quickly, so the more we can support ourselves and each other in our deeper healing process the more we can learn to work together and really begin to transform Society and our Relationship with Mother Gaia!

Soon none of us will be able to hide behind Money or Material Success our common need to survive in Harmony with one another and the Planet as a living system will need to be our primary focus!

This ability to work together and support each other is going to be especially important for people in the Urban areas. At first this will be challenging, but quickly urban communities will have a great opportunity to come together, through your close proximity and the commonalities you will all be facing.

Creating New economies and ways of exchanging resources will only really work when the deeper healing processes around survival have taken place.
First we have to heal our relationship with, survival issues, and right relationship to the self, others and the ecosystems of the planet. Then we can look at recreating our economic systems for exchange from a new healthier transformed state of consciousness that reflects the values of an integrate soul awareness and the planets consciousness as one.

I am intuiting all of this from the amazing process I have found myself in the middle of:
Having taken my focus off of my personal monetary survival for the last 2 years, I have been exploring many avenues back to what I think would be a harmonious life for myself and the planet. As a result I have been in a deep healing process around the issues of money, self worth and survival. This journey has lead me into many different territories of my personal belief systems.

I have experienced everything from feeling completely supported by the universe to just wanting to die from the shear shame of existing and somehow having to survive.

My higher self has taught me to relax and to reach inside my intrinsic creative nature for my survival solutions. But there are also aspects of my self that I am learning to grow free from that still struggle with feeling that, in order to survive it is a matter of USE or be Used.

This is a model that myself (my wise self) and Mother Gaia “the planet” can NO longer support!

Which Path are you On?

I am consciously choosing to live in a new paradigm!
While the old economic model and consciousness is dying!

This has pushed me, to the very edge of almost all my comfort zones. Sometimes I am terrified by this process and sometimes I am totally invigorated by the great ways spirit supports my choice to live my truth!

I want to encourage all of us to re~ examine how we have been relating with money and worth, and find new pathways to move out of economic egoist enslavement!

I believe that these steps can be taken:

1) Willingly move into deeper levels of personal healing!

2) Do everything we can to directly experience our connection with nature and Mother Gaia, as our mother and as a living being.

3) Do everything we can to support these transformation processes with the other Human beings in our communities.

4) Take a deeper look at the reality of Money and economy as being a deeper reflection of energy exchange and ultimately LOVE, and to ask our selves,
What do we really want ~ what is most important right now?
The Earth, she is waiting for us to Embrace our New Destiny!
